Last week, Accenture hosted a special event in celebration of Youth Week, promoted in conjunction with the Powerful Youth (GOYN), a program coordinated by United Way BrazilThe initiative brought together young people from public schools, social organizations, and representatives of large companies committed to productive inclusion as a tool for social transformation.

ABES was present at this event, represented by Project Coordinator Valéria Bursztein, reinforcing its commitment to a more innovative, fair, and inclusive Brazil, where young people have room to grow, become entrepreneurs, and transform realities. The event highlighted the power of collective impact and collaboration between companies and civil society to broaden horizons and build a future with greater equity and diversity.

The association highlighted its role in encouraging talent development and employability through HR Tech Platform, of which the Potent Youth (GOYN) is a partner. The initiative aims to connect vulnerable youth with the technology market, promoting training and real opportunities for professional integration, as well as stimulating discussions on trends in people management and the future of work.
