Initiative reduces healthcare spending by up to 40%

According to data from human resources consultancy Mercer Marsh, corporate healthcare spending represents approximately 10.4% of a company's payroll. With that in mind, ABES encouraged Caixa de Assistência das Empresas de Software e Serviços do Brasil (CAESBRA) and A2G Corretora de Seguros to make Bradesco Health Insurance viable, to benefit software companies with reduced health management costs.

In this way, ABES members can save up to 40% in medical care costs and maintain insurance with a nationwide coverage service. Savings are provided by the fixed value of each life. That is, regardless of age, the price of the plan is the same for all policyholders. The initiative already has 45 partner companies and 1,000 lives assured. “This is a great opportunity for micro and small entrepreneurs, who cannot afford the high health costs or who have a reduced number of employees”, reveals Carlos Sacco, ABES' marketing director.

Associated companies may contract Bradesco Health Insurance through A2G Corretora de Seguros, through the Caixa de Assistência policy that signed a contract with the insurance company. Any associated company can join the benefit, as long as it does not have the current Bradesco Health Insurance. In total, four types of plans were negotiated and all with national coverage.
