Objective is to attract young talent and support associates in hiring interns

ABES and Bamboo HR Talent Solution, a consultancy specialized in identifying and developing new professional talents, announced on August 14, a partnership for the implementation of the ABES Talent Bank, with the objective of recruiting and selecting interns to work in associated companies.

"This initiative aims to meet a need for software companies to attract and train young talent to meet the shortage and growing demand for professionals in the sector, especially small companies, which do not have specific programs", explained Eduardo Cupaiolo, executive director of Bamboo HR, emphasizing that 57% of the associated companies have revenues of less than R$ 500 thousand. “We are going to create a bank that provides talent for the large contingent of companies that make up the association”.

In the partnership, Bamboo HR will take care of the management of the ABES Talent Bank, being responsible for all the steps that precede the hiring of new interns, including the continuous dissemination of vacancies, the reception and management of applications, the mapping of candidates, the online tests, face-to-face assessments and presentation of pre-approved candidates, in addition to supporting those responsible for HR at companies in personal interviews and approving candidates.

“Some behavioral aspects work for one organization, but don't work for others. For this reason, we use several tools that detect the characteristics that make up the company's DNA, the function's profile and what we call 'typical talent' for it. The greater the level of adherence, the greater the degree of assertiveness of the process”, guaranteed Cupaiolo.

In order to use the set of ABES Talent Bank services, the associated company's investment will be a fee for each intern hired. In addition, with each hiring, Bamboo HR will offer a free replacement guarantee in case the intern leaves the company spontaneously in less than 90 days. “Considering the quality of the entire evaluation process, the investment will certainly be much lower than if the company itself were in charge of this work”, he said.

“This idea was born about a year ago. It is very gratifying to see it taking place here with the presence of associates already expressing their needs and adhering to this initiative”, celebrated Carlos Alberto Sacco, marketing director at ABES.

During the launch event, Cupaiolo informed that the first 10 hires from Banco de Talentos ABES will have a 50% discount on the established rate. For more information: Relationship Center 11 2161-2833.
