Do you know how much to pay for your employees? What do you need to accomplish to have an engaged team? These are frequently asked questions in the life of entrepreneurs in the area of information technology, right?

To help you answer these questions, ABES entered into a partnership with SinSalarial, a Florianópolis startup that has developed software specialized in remuneration analysis and is promoting the Survey of Salary Remuneration in the IT sector for 2018, with the support of the association. All companies in the area can participate, after registering in the SinSalarial startup system through the link and need to answer the questions by the day 20/09/2018. The results will be announced on October 15, only for participants and registrants.

The objective of the partnership between ABES and Sinsalarial is to help members to have access to important market information, such as, for example, the salaries paid for technology positions, the benefits offered by companies in the sector, among other Human Resources indicators. By joining the survey, ABES members will earn 10% of discount on the value of paid HR management plans (the startup has free plans too). To date, more than 80 companies have registered.

With these data, the participants will be much better able to structure the salary position plan, improve the talent attraction and retention index, in addition to remaining competitive in the market, in search of promoting strategic personnel management.

“We developed software based on the demand of the innovation ecosystem itself. Companies find it very difficult to define the value of wages and benefits. A problem that is aggravated in the IT sector because of the great dispute for talents ”, explains Carolina Pizolati Farah, SinSalarial's CEO. The startup is already in its 5th annual survey focusing on the technology segment.

Clients highlight return to HR strategy

SinSalarial began operating in Santa Catarina, then expanded its presence to São Paulo and, in 2018, started to expand the project to other states in the country. “In 2017, about 150 IT companies participated in the survey,” says Carolina.

Resultados Digitais is one of the companies participating in the research. “We are always creating and paying attention to new practices in Total Rewards. For this, we also count on salary surveys that offer us structured and consistent market information. One of them is that of SinSalarial, in which we participated for the third consecutive year ”, says Daniele Kern, Total Rewards of the company.

“With SinSalarial it became easier to analyze the market practices regarding the remuneration package, a very relevant tool because it is the only survey that I know specific to the IT segment. The platform allowed us to adjust our salary table, based on numbers and graphics that are very consistent and easy to handle ”, explains Matheus Ferreira Beninca, Human Resources Analyst at NeoGrid.
