To help answer these questions, Instituto Sentido will promote the course MATRIX REVOLUTIONS: Leadership Development and Psychological Technology, which assumes that the transformation is digital, but the factor is human. The launch of this program, aimed at new entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, team leaders and Human Resources managers, was held on August 14, 2018 at inovaBra habitat, a co-innovation environment, located in São Paulo. The course has the institutional support of ABES.
 

According to Carlos Sacco, Director of Relationship and Services at ABES, there is a growing demand in the market for initiatives, both for startups and for already established companies, that offer new methodologies focused on human development, training of leaders and high performance teams, for For this reason, the association searched for partners who were aligned with a more holistic and cutting-edge management vision.
 
One of the facilitators of this course is Valerya Carvalho, Management Hacker and consultant, who defines herself as passionate about leadership and management. “Creative professionals grow by sharing knowledge. Everything that has prevailed, until now, in people management is obsolete. We talk about robotics and cybernetics, but procedures and actions still refer to the first industrial revolution. Our course will address the removal of conditioning in people and organizations, in order to pave the way for change, about emotional intelligence and building an organization capable of experimenting and learning, in which people take risks”, he highlights.
 
Fernando Cavalher is another facilitator of the course. He is the author of the book "O Paradigma do Sentido", works as a designer of psychological processes and presents himself as passionate about crossing limits, having a career dedicated to understanding the human psychological structure, using it to generate concrete results for people. and organizations. “Our methodology helps to release potential, develop unique talents, develop creativity and innovative ideas, by removing ingrained conditioning”, he explains.
