The renewal and expansion of the partnership between ABES and the SOFTSUL Association was made official this Monday (18/03). The meeting, held at Tecnopou in Porto Alegre (RS), was attended by representatives of the associations Alfredo Bandeira Bohn, President of the Board of Directors, Eduardo Peres, Business Advisor, José Antonio Antonioni, President Director, Adriana Martins, director of Operations and Miriam Rocha, Communications Advisor, for Softsul; and Bruna Cardoso, Hevelyn Monzani and Thais Rosa, from ABES.

This strategic union connects two relevant entities representing the Information Technology (IT) sector in Brazil with the common objective of boosting innovation and technological development, benefiting their associates and society as a whole. “We are joining forces to continue strengthening our IT community, strengthening the ecosystem that each member needs to prosper, contributing to the construction of a more Digital and Less Unequal Brazil”, highlights Paulo Milliet Roque, president of ABES.

The agreement should generate important synergies between the entities that propose to offer associated companies a series of benefits. These include strategic connections, training, building dialogues with governments and exchanging experiences. This partnership represents an important step towards the promotion and growth of the Brazilian IT sector.
