Event marked the inauguration of the new board of Assespro – RJ

  

On March 11th, the Assespro Award 2019: Thinking Digital, the first event held by Assespro-RJ in the year, which talked about entrepreneurship and innovation, which brought together representatives of companies, the government, academia and other entities in the auditorium of the Museum of Tomorrow, in the state capital.
 
The award recognized entities and professionals that contribute to technological development and ABES was honored to see its current executive president, Francisco Camargo, among the honorees of the night, who highlighted the importance and strength of associativism to achieve common goals.
 
Also honored were: Paulo Messina, Chief Secretary of the Civil House; Cézar Augusto Barbiero, Municipal Secretary of Finance; Amure Pinho, President of the Brazilian Startup Association; Eduardo Eugênio Gouvêa, President of FIRJAN; Benito Paret, President of TI Rio; Sérgio Paulo Gallindo, President of Brascom; Ítalo Nogueira, President of the ASSESPRO Federation; Carla Esmeralda, Curator of Rio2C; Marcelo Szpilman, President of AquaRio.
 
Innovation and renewal
 

The event also featured the panel “Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship”, the central theme of the night. The panel was mediated by Jaci Tadeu, Director of Assespro-RJ and Director of Sisen, with the participation of Maria Luiza Reis, Leonardo Soares and Carlos Arruda. The lectures addressed topics such as the practical applicability of what has been researched in academic centers, the use and demand of technologies that permeate the Internet of Things to create a smart city and the role of different sectors for this moment.
 
On the occasion, the Inauguration Ceremony of the new board of Assespro-RJ also took place, for the 2019-2020 biennium. In his speech, Álvaro Cysneiros, who presided over the association in 2017-2018, proudly recalled the trajectory made so far, highlighting the creation of thematic committees, which bring people together to think collectively on specific topics. The new statutory board is formed by the president, Maria Luiza Reis (LAB245); the Executive Vice-President, Álvaro Cysneiros, (7 Consulting); the technical vice president, Márcio Lacs (AMT); Chief Financial Officer Ilan Goldman (PIX); and the secretary director, Bruno Mondin (Stefanini). The collegiate board and the fiscal council take office at the same event.
