Currently, the information technology market is one of those that suffers from the lack of specialized labor. According to a survey by the Brazilian Association of Information and Communication Technology Companies (Brasscom), to achieve the goal of doubling the software and services sector in six years, 70,000 professionals will be needed a year by 2024. However, the current deficit is already there. it's big.

In light of this reality, ABES has just signed an agreement with the Instituto Êxito de Empreendedorismo, which aims to contribute to the strengthening of entrepreneurship in Brazil and in the training of personnel for the IT sector. Officially launched on May 22, 2019, the Instituto Êxito de Empreendedorismo is non-profit and was created with the aim of boosting entrepreneurial education in Brazil and developing the entrepreneurial spirit in young people.

“The partnership between ABES and Instituto Êxito is fundamental for consolidating the entrepreneurship sector, combining market experience with strengthening training and qualification. Extremely important in view of this challenging moment in the market, brought about by the pandemic”, emphasizes Rodolfo Fücher, president of ABES.

Encouraging entrepreneurship and professional training

In this agreement, ABES will promote the courses offered by Instituto Éxito and will encourage its members to actively participate in the development of knowledge trails. As the portfolio of Êxito courses is quite broad and diversified, the association will select those that have more synergy with the sector's needs, which will be organized and made available on a platform.

ABES will also make available to entrepreneurs participating in the Institute's courses that make up their startups, a subsidized membership plan for two years, in which they will have access to all the services offered to members: legal-tax duty, regulatory issues, standard certificates, advisors, guides, complete compliance infrastructure, diagnosis under the General Data Protection Law, committees on relevant industry issues and market research - with the exception of services that are provided through specific contributions from members, such as health and dental plans , special certificates, ABES Academy courses and special events.

“Currently, ABES represents around 2,000 information technology companies, which lack this specialized workforce. On the other hand, 77% of the associates are micro and small entrepreneurs, for whom courses focused on entrepreneurship, management, among others, are fundamental for the strengthening of this mass of entrepreneurs linked to ABES”, completed Rodolfo.

“The Instituto Êxito de Empreendedorismo is the result of a dream that involves visionary entrepreneurs from the most varied segments of Brazil and which today has more than 400 partners. They share the same purpose: to turn entrepreneurship into a turbine to leverage lives and stories”, highlights entrepreneur Janguiê Diniz, president of Instituto Êxito de Empreendedorismo.

“We believe there are more than 500,000 open positions in the sector. In this sense, we need to publicize the courses available at Instituto Êxito to as many people as possible," concludes Rodolfo.

And we are going to grow even more, because we believe in what we do”, he adds.

Success has the philosophy that, regardless of social and economic class,
anyone can transform their ideas into actions that change and improve the reality and community in which they live. Therefore, it was created with the objective of stimulating the entrepreneurial gift of young people, especially those from public schools, where there are many hidden talents and good ideas to be promoted.
