Event is free and will be held simultaneously with ISC Brasil

The 14th edition of ISC Brasil – which takes place between the 25th and 27th of June, at Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo – brings as one of its main novelties the launch of Infosecurity Brasil. The event, which has the institutional support of ABES, takes place at the same location as the ISC and will address several topics related to information security, such as the LGPD (General Personal Data Protection Law 13,709/18 - which should come into force in February 2020 as a milestone in the regulation of the digital world), in addition to presenting integrated solutions for this market niche.

“The event comes with this value proposition, reflecting the market trend regarding the urgency of increasing collaboration between cross-functional teams and partners, presenting a convergence of operations and integrated security projects, both aligned between information security, LGPD law and security heritage”, says Thiago Pavani, responsible for ISC Brasil.

According to him, Infosecurity Brasil brings a strong mix of security decision makers to end users, public security leaders, information security directors, CIOs and highly influential IT professionals, which reflects and mirrors the current security industry. and real trends in the sector.

expertise

With more than 23 years of experience in the global information security industry, Infosecurity arrives in Brazil to meet the high demand for innovative solutions in data security, risk management and cybersecurity. In addition to consolidating itself as the business, networking and content platform for professionals in the digital security sector.

During the ISC, Infosecurity will present trends in technology and will bring a grid of exclusive technical content about the digital security sector in Brazil, with the presence of the main industry leaders in the country.

“The contents and lecture panels will be the event's differentials, as they will specifically address convergent security operations”, says Pavani. “The technologies and innovations between asset security and cybersecurity continue to mix and challenge Cyber/IT professionals, as does the dynamics of the entire infrastructure team. Thus, organizational readiness and integrated security project structures are the main trends this year”, he adds.

“With the proposal to bring the discussion about trends in technology and data security present in the magazine to an open space for debate and networking, we believe that the first edition of Infosecurity in Brazil will be a success. When we see innovative ideas with great potential for the Brazilian market, we need to support them whenever possible. That is why, in addition to actively participating in the event, with a lecture on the risks present in the digital universe, we are also acting as supporters of Infosecurity”, says Carlos Sacco, director of ABES.
