The meeting is held by Sebrae, in partnership with the Santa Catarina Technology Association (ACATE).

The app was created in 2007 together with computer scientists Amir Shinar and Edhud Shabtai. Levine was the only one who did not accept a director position at Google after the sale of Waze, which is now used by 250 million drivers worldwide. Currently, the entrepreneur participates in 12 startups.

Serial entrepreneur and active angel investor from Estonia, he also founded LIFT99, Garage48 and Clanbeat. In the last 14 months, he has made more than 10 angel investments, one of them for a startup in Latin America.
