Consumers more aware of the planet's fragility, more concerned with health and more critical of the economic system are a global trend for the post-pandemic future of Covid-19. This is a prognosis of Philip Kotler, the American economist who is considered the “father of modern marketing”. With the changes, the global expert predicts that the environment for companies will become even more selective - those that are fragile and unable to adapt to new demands should disappear. "Consumers will demand that brands specify their ultimate goal and how each is serving the common good," says Kotler, pointing to defining companies' purpose as a priority.

Kotler himself will present his vision of what to do in the transition and, along with him, around 80 international experts and leaders will give lectures and discussions, in front of a global audience. How and when? In a big meeting to discuss ideas: the eWMS, scheduled for November 5-7. The event has a 10-year history as a World Marketing Summit and will be held for the first time digitally - that's why it won the and (electronic) added to the initials WMS, World Marketing Summit. The target audience will be business leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, teachers, experts and students. More than 10 million people of high intellectual and professional level around the world are expected as spectators, the organizers calculate. Sustainable development, digital transformation, leadership, management, marketing, market changes, new consumption, productive reorganization, entrepreneurship, among others, are among the subjects that will be addressed.
