ABES support

ABES, which supports the creation of the Chamber, was represented at the event by Werter Padilha, member of the Deliberative Council and coordinator of the entity's IoT Committee, and by Jamile Marques, director of Innovation and Development. “This event was very well presented and with relevant representatives from different areas. This integration between class entities, representing companies, as well as the government and academia in favor of industry 4.0, is important”, says Jamile.

Werter, who also participates in the National IoT Chamber, sees good prospects with the initiative: “The prospects are very positive, through the union of forces between MCTIC, Ministry of Economy, BNDES, SENAI, FINEP, CNI, EMBRAPII, ABDI , companies, entities and research and innovation centers so that the 4th Industrial Revolution becomes a reality in Brazil. It is a challenge, as it is necessary to stimulate a significant leap, as many companies are still in the 2.0 stage. I was happy to see that the National IoT Chamber, in which I participate, is a successful reference, as well as the National IoT Plan, which was cited by everyone as a reference and excellence work”.
