On December 9, ABES (Brazilian Association of Software Companies) launches the ABES Startup Internship Program, whose objective is to strengthen entrepreneurship and attract talent and investment to the Brazilian technology sector. Thinking of ways to help emerging companies that intensively use technology and wish to operate or expand their activities in Brazil to overcome the complexities involved in the market, ABES makes available to program participants its more than 33 years of experience in the legal, regulatory, tax and marketing.

The ABES Startup Internship Program will last for 6 months and will be made available to startups through partnerships with incubators, accelerators, or investment funds. Program participants will have the opportunity to enjoy all the services offered by ABES to its members, such as participation in its various committees (among them, the regulatory, tax, innovation and LGPD committees), access to market research, information on government funding and funding lines and market place data, as well as a complete compliance structure and legal consulting service.
Startups will also have the option to participate in the group health plan, managed by Bradesco, upon subscription. "We believe that the program, in partnership with investment funds, accelerators or incubators, such as Startup Farm, will increase the possibility of success for startups and help to stimulate innovation and competitiveness in the Brazilian technology market", concludes Fücher.

Marking the launch of the program on December 9, Startup Farm and ABES sign an agreement that guarantees the more than 300 startups incubated by Startup Farm the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of the ABES Startup Internship Program. "This partnership with ABES creates a bridge for startups to have a voice with one of the main entities in the country that represents the interests of the software industry and, in this way, collaborating for the maturation of the entire Brazilian market", says Alan Leite, CEO from Startup Farm.
