Entities join forces to continue supporting actions for entrepreneurs

The Brazilian Association of Software Companies (ABES) has just closed an agreement with the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP) with the main objective of supporting the Legal Entrepreneur initiative. Through this alliance, the entities will promote actions to support and guide entrepreneurs on the risks they take when using illegal software in their businesses. In addition, FIESP and ABES will participate and promote joint events focused on the entrepreneurial audience.

For Jorge Sukarie, president of ABES, this partnership is a big step for the entities to get closer and guide more and more businessmen. “The Entrepreneur Legal campaign seeks to support entrepreneurs, showing the best path they must follow to ensure success in their business. We are happy because, with this agreement, we will be able to enhance this work, offering even more information to the public ”.

According to the head of the Micro, Small and Medium Industry Department, Milton Bogus, this agreement will be beneficial to the sector by promoting activities aimed at small and medium-sized entrepreneurs. “We have acted in the business training of managers and employees of companies and this partnership further strengthens our mission to bring updated content and information to improve business management in small and medium industries. Certainly our actions with ABES are positive for the market and we have everything to reap good results ”.

Created in 2013, the Legal Entrepreneur initiative emerged with the objective of alerting companies about the risks of using illegal software and raising awareness of problems arising from this adoption, such as unfair competition that involves any type of illicit advantage used to reduce operating costs. or increase profit margins. Since then, the initiative has been growing, joining new partners and announcing actions. Recently, ABES launched the My Dream, I Don't Risk campaign and reformulated the portal to get even closer to entrepreneurs. For more information, visit: www.empreendedorlegal.org.br
