Brazilian software and IT services companies interested in exporting their solutions to the international market using distribution channels have until February 23 to register for the Sales Preparation Program for Channels in International Markets. This is a Softex initiative carried out in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil) and with the technical support of Advance Consulting.

Five companies will be selected by an examining board to participate in this phase of the program, which includes the stages of analysis of the company's current and future situation; definition of the strategy and business model; financial simulation and channel plan and program development.

“The purpose of marketing a solution through channels is to sell more and better, gaining capillarity and scale. The objective of the program is to help a company to structure itself very well for this challenge, creating a value proposition that generates interest for the commercial partner”, highlights Dagoberto Hajjar, CEO of Advance Consulting.

For a period of up to four months, the selected companies will undergo several cycles of consultancy for the development of strategies and actions for the selection, recruitment and management of sales and distribution channels abroad.

“Sales channels can become the gateway to the global expansion of Brazilian companies, which in this process can count on Softex's support to carry out human resources training projects, software quality, access to financial resources and to strategic market information”, concludes Ney Leal, executive vice president of Softex.
