Registrations for the Santander Radar Program can be made at www.santander.com.br/radar until February 26th.

In the final stage of selecting the program, 10 companies will participate in an event on April 4. On the occasion, the entrepreneurs will make a presentation on their business to the Bank's top management.

After analyzing the performance of the participants and what their companies can add to the financial market, the five entrepreneurs will be chosen who, between May and August, will have personalized mentoring with Santander executives and mentors of the Endeavor network, formed by some of the main leaders business in the country.

While a sponsor mentor from Endeavor will help you with the company's internal management challenges, a Santander executive will support you by fostering the generation of new business. Radar also promotes a network of mutual help and networking formed by companies that grow and face similar challenges, through collective mentoring that will address common challenges of these companies.

“We were able to identify great business potential in the companies selected in the first edition of Radar Santander. We are already designing financial projects with some of them, and we make it clear that our doors will never close for all participants ”, says Angel Santodomingo, executive vice president and CFO of Santander Brasil.

The program seeks companies that are at the tipping point of their development, and that have the potential to sustain exponential growth and in a short period of time, that is, with a scale-up profile. The businesses sought should include innovations in relationship channels between customers, the market and the financial industry; agility and security of means of payment and data analysis.

Santander 's role is to make the connection between good ideas and projects, providing not only financial solutions, but a complete value offering: products, services, guidance and professional training. In this context, Radar Santander seeks to bring ecosystems closer, connect people and ideas, encourage the exchange of experiences and, above all, be a tool that helps in the development of the entrepreneur and his innovative projects.

2017 Edition

At the debut of Radar Santander, there were more than 300 registrations from companies interested in participating in the program, with more than 120 thousand visits on the program's website and 517 thousand people sensitized via social networks. Pipefy, process management and workflow companies were selected to gain efficiency; Tempest, a solution for cybersecurity and combating digital fraud; IDwall, for document validation, identity verification and background check services; Moneto, solution for application of receipt, control and collection for microentrepreneurs; and Docway, a base of doctors and patients for home care.

“The program exceeded our expectations. We were positively surprised by the knowledge of the mentors that was passed on to us and the speed with which we were able to expand our business - we saved two years of alignment of strategy and vision of the future ”, says Moneto's CEO, Marcos Arruda. For him, Radar started with “provocations” that were fully answered throughout the program. Moneto is one of the companies that is designing a financial project with Santander.

Docway CEO Fabio Tiepolo said he did not pay attention to the company's potential business with the corporate and B2B market. “We saw that it is possible to partner with the financial market in the Health area. The networking that Radar offers is exceptional for the growth of the business and the expansion of our vision of the future. And the partnership with Endeavor gives the program greater credibility ”, counting that Docway was a partner of Santander in disease awareness events.
