A reference in the treatment of highly complex people with physical disabilities (PwD), the AACD – Associação de Assistência à Criança Deficiente is a center of excellence for doctors, therapists and teachers and currently has around 2,000 employees and 1,700 volunteers. In order to maintain its structure, the AACD's budget is composed of revenue generated from partnerships, sales of products in bazaars, donations from individuals and companies, collections at the Telethon, from the AACD Hospital, from services carried out via SUS, from private exams and through agreements, in addition to the licensing of items bearing the AACD brand.
To increase the number of donations and improve the relationship with the association's donors, Microsoft donated Dynamics 365 licenses to the AACD. AlfaPeople was in charge of implementing the system for the association, with hundreds of consulting hours being donated for the success of the project. The project consists of unifying the operation of the Fundraising areas in a single system, generating a solid base of Sponsors (individual and legal donors), where it is possible to have a centralized history of the interactions of each area with them, expanding its fundraising and providing well-being to more children.
The association was looking for a relationship system to centralize the databases, organize the register of Sponsors, donation histories and generate a 360-degree view of the interactions carried out and the consolidation of the amount raised by the donor and responsible area.
AACD used Microsoft Dynamics 365 to: centralize the maintainer bases for all fundraising areas, improve relationship management with Maintainers, trigger email marketing campaigns to search for new resources and generate reports and dashboards for operational follow-up and strategic.
