Distributor joins Pulse Mais to expand training for low-income youth and foster inclusion in the technology market
CLM, a Latin American value-added distributor focused on information security, data protection, cloud and data center infrastructure, announces its support for Pulse Mais, an organization that transforms the reality of low-income youth through education and insertion into the IT market.
The partnership aims to strengthen programs that develop essential skills for technology work and generate opportunities for decent employment. Aligned with CLM's purpose, the initiative expands the reach of the company's social initiatives, contributing to a more sustainable, diverse, and future-connected ecosystem.
For Eduardo Moura, CEO of Pulse Mais, the partnership was born from a relationship built on trust. "The partnership with CLM was born from people who believed in our impact. It goes beyond brand positioning: it's about believing in and committing to the transformation of our young people," says Moura.
CLM director Fernando Camargo emphasizes that the partnership reinforces the company's ESG commitment, which already supports projects like Tony Box and Corujinha de Golfe. "Our purpose goes beyond delivering innovative solutions to the market. We want to create real opportunities for those who need them most. Together with Pulse Mais, we can scale this impact and open doors for new talent who can redefine the future of technology in Brazil," he states.
Measurable impact
CLM's commitment is already yielding concrete results. The distributor recently hired a young Pulse Mais graduate to join its team. "Seeing this cycle complete proves that investing in education and social inclusion creates value for everyone," says Camargo.
Pulse Mais has already responded more than 650 young people, of which more than half get their first job within six months of graduating.
For Camargo, supporting Pulse Mais consolidates a movement that was already happening internally at CLM: the commitment to opening doors for young talent, especially for those for whom their first job can be a turning point.
"Our CEO has always believed in the social impact of opportunities and actively encourages the young apprentice program. Pulse emerges as a structured and scalable way to expand this impact – allowing CLM, together with other partners, to bring training, inclusion, and access to a number of young people it would otherwise not be able to reach alone. It's an initiative that connects purpose with strategy, training not only professionals, but also citizens prepared to build the future of technology in Brazil," concludes the executive.
