With over 25 years of experience, Felipe Almeida arrives to drive the company's strategic growth

Understanding this importance, ABC71, a pioneer in ERPs for industries, has just announced the arrival of Felipe Almeida as the new commercial, channels, partnerships and alliances director, whose personal goal is to position the company among the main national ERP players in five years.
With a degree in International Relations, the professional has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology sector. During his time in the market, he has led high-performance teams, always seeking to promote a consultative and collaborative approach to meet the needs of clients, working for companies such as Aporte, Compasso, Consmaster and, more recently, at Grupo INOVAGE.
After a solid track record, it was time to take on a new challenge, and the invitation from ABC71 was in line with this objective. “I had the opportunity to get to know ABC71’s portfolio up close while I was still working for other organizations, always maintaining a good relationship. That’s why, when I received the invitation to join the company, which remains at the forefront of pioneering in the ERP market, I had no doubt that it would be the right choice,” says Almeida.
According to Antônio Flávio Barbosa, CEO of ABC71, the arrival of the new professional is yet another initiative by the company as it prepares to enter a new phase. “Since ABC71 was founded, we have understood that we need to keep up with market developments, while seeking to offer the best service. Therefore, by bringing in a professional with such a broad repertoire as Almeida, we are further strengthening our goal of expanding our reach and operations,” he highlights.
The professional will be responsible for leading the company's commercial operations, focusing on developing growth strategies, structuring B2B channels and expanding strategic alliances. To achieve this purpose, Almeida intends to invest in expanding sales channels, as well as intensifying investments in the Customer Success area, in order to ensure the best service and experience for the customer base.
All these actions serve to support the organization's goal, which foresees growth of 30% this year. And, as far as the professional is concerned, this is just the beginning. “I am joining ABC71 with the intention of adding to and contributing to the brand's current phase of renewal and launching new products. I am certain that, together, we will write another successful chapter for our company”, concludes the commercial director.
