THE Roche Pharma Brazil, one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, launches its Internship Program, a strategic initiative that aims to strengthen the company's talent pipeline and boost the diversity of ideas, experiences and perspectives within the organization.
Starting this year, the program has two official hiring dates — in January and August — to allow for more structured planning and more effective monitoring of the interns' journey.
The vacancies are for the areas of pharmacy and medicine; engineering and data; accounting and finance; legal, tax and data privacy; administration; marketing and communication.

As part of the new internship program structure, Roche has also implemented the “buddy” initiative, in which each intern is paired with a more experienced employee during the induction period. The “buddy” provides guidance on the company’s culture, processes and activities, as well as ongoing support and feedback, aimed at facilitating the adaptation and accelerating the professional development of the new talent. This model reinforces Roche’s commitment to providing a welcoming and enriching internship experience, while fostering leadership and mentoring skills in the employees who act as buddies.
The program offers a series of professional development initiatives to accelerate the growth of talents at the beginning of their careers. Interns will have access to training, integration programs and initiatives that promote a more complete experience of the Roche universe.
Another highlight is the commitment to diversity of profiles, courses and universities. Roche is committed to expanding the reach of the program, attracting students from different regions and backgrounds, contributing to a more inclusive and collaborative work environment.
Development activities include onboarding and a training path designed to prepare new talent for the challenges of the pharmaceutical sector. Interns who are already part of Roche will also be able to participate in the activities, reinforcing the company's commitment to continuous learning.
