Applications can be submitted until March 10 at site from GOL.

“Our Internship Program demonstrates GOL’s commitment to professional development, in addition to reinforcing our Purpose of Being First for Everyone, in order to ensure an even more diverse and qualified team. Last year, the program was a success, with the hiring of interns who are familiar with the Company’s processes and organizational culture. This year, we want to have professionals driven by innovation and creativity for a culture aligned with the future,” said Jean Carlo Nogueira, Chief People Officer (CPO) of GOL.

The GOL Internship Program was designed to attract and develop talent in a variety of areas. By identifying skills, the Company contributes to the development of potential candidates for future leadership positions, such as the Company's current CEO, Celso Ferrer, who began his career at GOL as an intern.

Students who are actively enrolled in various higher education levels, humanities or exact sciences, with graduation scheduled between June/2026 and June/2027 are eligible to participate in the selection process. In addition, they must be available to intern 30 hours per week, in São Paulo (SP) or Minas Gerais (Confins).

Among the benefits granted by the Company, those selected will receive a market-compatible grant, transportation voucher, meal voucher, paid vacation, day off on their birthday, life insurance and medical and dental assistance. Employees will also have the opportunity to visit several national and international destinations operated by GOL and partner airlines, using the travel benefit offered by the company, in addition to taking advantage of the partnership club with discounts on medicines, car rentals, hotels and educational institutions.
