Altenburg, one of the largest textile companies in Brazil, in partnership with NTT Data, a global technology services company, is looking for IT professionals who want to improve their resumes and qualify in one of the most sought-after topics in the market. In March, the company will hold a free online training course on SAP Customer Experience.

According to Jéssica Lara, Training Analyst at Altenburg, the idea of promoting the initiative came about after the company implemented the SAP platform. “During this process, we identified, together with NTT, that this is a topic with great potential in the IT area and, therefore, we decided to join forces to carry out this training and contribute to strengthening the job market”, she states.

A unique opportunity for specialization

In the classes, participants will have the chance to learn about the functionalities and applications of the SAP Customer Experience platform, which allows companies to create personalized and optimized experiences for their customers. The following modules will be covered: SAP Sales Cloud, Services Cloud, SDA NTT Data, SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Emarsys. “It will be a unique opportunity for IT professionals to improve their knowledge and stand out in the market”, reinforces Jéssica.

Altenburg is one of the giants in the textile sector that has started investing in technology to improve its customers' experience. The company from Blumenau (SC), which is also implementing the SAP system with NTT Data, seeks to integrate all its contact channels with B2B customers, providing a more complete and fluid journey.

SAP Customer Experience is a comprehensive solution that enables companies to manage and optimize all points of contact with their customers, from first contact to after-sales. It enables companies to personalize the customer experience, offer more efficient service and increase loyalty.

Prerequisites and registration

To participate in the selection process for the training, interested parties must have a background in IT or related areas and experience in CRM. The course will begin on March 10, will last four weeks, and will be taught online, in the evening.
