Dígitro Tecnologia becomes leader in investigative intelligence solutions in Paraguay
Having been recognized by authorities and consolidating its operations in the Public Security sector with a growth of 39% in the neighboring country, the Brazilian company is betting on internationalization with diversification of offers involving its technologies for corporate communication and smart cities.
THE Digitro Technology, a Brazilian company specialized in Investigative Intelligence, Customer Journey and Smart Cities solutions, continues to strengthen its international presence, with emphasis on South America, where in Paraguay alone it registered significant growth of 39% in revenue in 2024.
With a strategy focused on portfolio diversification and expansion into new segments, the company seeks to expand its operations in the countries where it is already present, including Uruguay, El Salvador and Argentina in Latin America, Angola in Africa, in addition to expanding its customer base in strategic markets such as Peru, Ecuador and Colombia, establishing partnerships with local integrators that can expand the distribution and implementation of its solutions.
By 2025, Dígitro is projecting growth of 24% in South America. In addition to solutions aimed at Public Security and Defense agencies, the company's strategy is to expand its offering to the corporate and smart city market, especially in customer journey and population service, such as tridigitos, as they are known in Brazil, leveraging its expertise in technology to meet an even wider spectrum of demands.
Paraguay: recognition and leadership in investigative intelligence
Paraguay has emerged as Dígitro’s main international market. Dígitro’s Public Security portfolio is currently used in all Specialized Intelligence and Investigation Organizations in the country.

On January 29 and 30, Dígitro was recognized for its excellent solutions and services that contribute to achieving the goals of the country's Public Security agencies. The company received a Certificate of Recognition and Gratitude from the General Intelligence Directorate of the Paraguayan National Police (PNP), and was also recognized by the board of the Center for Investigations against Criminal Activities, linked to the Office of the Vice Minister of the Interior. These agencies use Dígitro solutions that are also well-established in Brazil, such as the Intelletotum System and the Guardião System.
According to Adriano, the goal in the neighboring country is now to raise the company's presence to new levels, expanding the user base and providing Defense and Public Security agencies with complementary technologies that can contribute even more to sovereignty and security, with emphasis on the company's UNA unified communications platform, which is currently used by the main Brazilian defense agencies.
