Program brings together experts from global brands to discuss strategic issues and inspire corporate leaders.
The multinational technology company Senior Sistemas announces the launch of podcast “It’s more than tech”, which brings together experts from giants such as Disney, NASA, Heineken, AWS and Oracle. The intelligent conversations address topics such as leadership, business, technology and innovation applied to the market. The initiative comes at a time when the consumption of audio content is on the rise, reflecting a transformation in the way executives and business managers seek reliable information to define strategies and make decisions.
According to the “Inside Audio 2024” study by Kantar IBOPE Media, nine out of ten Brazilians consume some type of audio in their daily lives. Radio, for example, reaches 79% of the population for at least three hours and 55 minutes a day. In this scenario, podcasts continue to gain ground, with 43% of radio listeners indicating that they also listen to podcasts, and 48% consume this format weekly. On Spotify alone, the channel where the podcast will be published, the platform has more than 640 million monthly active users worldwide.
Senior's Corporate Marketing Head, José Krasucki, highlights that the company's new podcast was designed to prioritize editorial content that naturally integrates into the journey of professionals and c-levels from different segments. The focus is on sharing impartial and high-quality ideas, promoting the growth of leaders and companies.
“Our goal is to encourage the exchange of experiences and real learning, connecting experts who are on the front line of innovation. We want to inspire leaders and managers with innovations capable of generating a positive impact on their businesses,” says Krasucki.
First episodes discuss Innovation and Generative AI
Various themes that permeate the business universe, such as digital transformation, people management, finance, ESG, diversity and inclusion, and new technologies, will be explored in the program.
Presented by journalist Rodrigo Sigmura, the debut episode of “É mais que tech”, now available, addresses the application of Generative AI in practice. Considered one of the most disruptive technologies of today, it was the center of the conversation between experts from two of the largest cloud computing players in the world: AWS and Oracle.
With the participation of Senior Sistemas CTO, Evandro Pires; Latam Solution Advisor at Oracle, Alaydes Morais; and AWS's head of genAI in Latin America, Ricardo Alem, the debate brings insights into how large corporations are using this technology to shape the future of business.
“In this first episode, listeners will be able to understand how generative AI is already being used at different levels and the impact of its use on organizations’ strategies. It will be an opportunity for managers and enthusiasts to update themselves on how the technology is being applied in practice, supporting everything from decision-making to creating value for companies,” explains José.
The second edition of “It’s more than tech” will be available on Senior’s Spotify profile starting January 29. The episode will feature a chat between Senior’s head of Innovation, Anderson Torres, and NASA’s global director of sales and marketing, Frank D’Costa, also an expert in Disney Culture, Leadership and Innovation.
With extensive experience leading strategic initiatives in global corporations, Frank shares insights on how companies can adopt innovative practices to stand out in increasingly competitive markets. The episode will cover topics such as the role of leadership in driving innovative initiatives, strategies to overcome cultural and technological barriers, and the importance of connecting innovation to real market needs.
With an approach that combines relevant content, renowned market voices and accessible discussions, “É Mais Que Tech” will have biweekly episodes, always released on Wednesdays.
