The initiative is aimed at third-year high school students looking for their first job; online registration for the programs is open until August 17
TIVIT, a Brazilian multinational that accelerates business through technology, through the TIVIT Institute, is accepting applications until August 17 for the Individual Career Mentoring and Employability Journey programs. These programs are aimed at students in the third year of high school in the public education system, with the goal of guiding and creating opportunities for young people looking for their first job. “Participants in both programs will have full support throughout the process, in addition to having access to dynamics that will guide them in their placement in the job market,” says Tatiana Lorenzi, CHRO of TIVIT.
TIVIT, with its broad technology portfolio, will offer a valuable opportunity to program participants who wish to enter the field, sharing complementary knowledge about Cloud, Cybersecurity, Agile Programming, Artificial Intelligence and SAP. Students will have access to a knowledge ecosystem that will help them evaluate which technology areas best align with their interests, directing their careers. TIVIT has a similar program for its internal team, investing heavily in the training and development of its employees. “The program was created with the goal of extending this dynamic to students in the public school system who have more difficulty choosing their career and finding their first job,” adds Tatiana Lorenzi.
Employability Journey
The Employability Day will take place between August 24 and September 21 and is aimed at young people from the public school system in the capital of São Paulo. The format is hybrid, with in-person and online meetings outside of school hours, totaling a workload of 60 hours distributed in classes from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm, in addition to two Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm. Participants will receive support for transportation and food.
“In this program, in addition to in-person classes at TIVIT, students will be able to take a tour of the company and partner companies. They will also have access to our educational platform, with online group meetings. The journey will conclude with a final project, which includes a personal presentation pitch and ranking of young people for referral to their first job,” says Lorenzi.

“Students who opt for mentoring will receive a complete mapping and instructions throughout the journey until they make decisions about their career plan. The process includes integration between mentor and participant, self-knowledge, SWOT analysis, construction of the PDI (Individual Development Plan), mapping of professions aligned with the values, preferences and goals of the young people, feedback on the career mapping and construction of the action plan”, concludes Lorenzi.
