This move marks the opening of the company's 11th subsidiary, which plans to establish a presence in 20 countries by 2030
With the aim of strengthening its global presence and structuring a digital transformation services hub for Europe and Africa, SoftExpert, a company that offers management, innovation and compliance software solutions, announces the acquisition of the majority capital of EXEQ – Excellence and Quality Consulting. The movement follows the goal of operating subsidiaries in 20 countries by 2030, with an emphasis on regions that have greater market potential or regional operations.
Portugal presents an extremely favorable scenario for the expansion of SoftExpert's operations, taking advantage of advantages such as the stable economic environment, the language and an already established customer base. Furthermore, as a member of the Eurozone, it provides access to a market of 450 million consumers, while its affordable cost of living, security, and service infrastructure contribute to the availability of multilingual professionals. This opens up opportunities for growth, exploring market niches potentially interested in SoftExpert products.
“The acquisition of EXEQ enables the company to achieve its objective of offering 'Services as a Software', combining technology and human capital to meet compliance and process automation demands. The integration of the teams increases our expertise, benefiting customers with higher value-added services and boosting the economic growth of operations in the region”, points out Ricardo Lepper, Founder and President of SoftExpert.
Historically, EXEQ ensures the entire sales, implementation and support cycle of SoftExpert solutions in the Portuguese market, being a partner with a high degree of satisfaction and loyalty among its customer base. In its structure, it has a team of professionals with high technical qualifications and seniority with SoftExpert products and services. The business model allows the creation of a CSC – Shared Services Center – to serve the entire Europe and Africa region. Thus, the Portuguese subsidiary will act as a service hub serving these continents.
For EXEQ, this alliance represents a unique opportunity to effectively integrate the SoftExpert brand expansion strategy. “Our objective for the next three years is for the company's technology to be recognized as one of the main drivers of business digitalization in Portugal and the region”, highlights João Ferreira, who assumes the position of executive director at SoftExpert Portugal.
A local and personalized presence is part of the company's core strategy to expand customer growth and retention globally. “In these organizations in which our technology is used for the digital transformation of the business and its core operations, it is vital that human capital is present and integrated into the client's internal environment, interacting with different teams and hierarchical levels, and meeting their needs. short and long-term needs and objectives”, assesses Lepper.
The specialization of sales channels and partnerships with technology manufacturers are among the organization's next steps to continue SoftExpert's global expansion strategy. “Combining with companies in similar or complementary businesses allows us to improve our specialization and differentiation in a wide range of verticals and market niches with greater potential. As for the diversification of channels and services added to customers, we look for companies with consolidated operations and human capital with solid experience and maturity in related areas of knowledge”, concludes Lepper.
In operation since 1995, SoftExpert combines services aimed at optimizing management and processes at different levels and segments in a single contract, providing efficiency, agility and savings to its more than 2 thousand customers and 3 million users in 50 countries.
