 ●     Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity services, Cloud and SaaS automation solutions were the company's main highlights in the period

●     Volume of contracts sold grew by 46% compared to the previous year

TIVIT, a Brazilian multinational that connects technology for a better world, recorded gross revenue of 1.9 billion reais in 2023, with growth of 10.4% compared to the previous year. The company also had a relevant increase in the volume of contracts sold, which grew by 46% in relation to 2022. Among the most prominent lines of business are: Cybersecurity, with 88% growth in the year, Public Cloud services, with high of 55% and the SaaS platform for Automation and Service Management and IT Governance, the SENSR.IT, what grew 136% in the period.

Paulo Freitas, who assumed the position of CEO of the company in December 2022, highlights the most relevant points of the balance sheet: “We have gone through a period of significant changes with the introduction of new solutions and coverage formats that are already proving to be positive. Over the past year, with an approach puredigital, we updated the product portfolio, introduced a new commercial model specialized in the industries we operate in, tripled the number of technical certifications of our IT professionals, expanded the sales force and launched Athena, our multi-sector generative AI. In cybersecurity, we have integrated our portfolio into a single service platform, facilitating the management of our customers through an integrated management, detection and response process.”

In 2023, TIVIT invested in the expansion and reorganization of its sales teams, which began to operate in specific industries. “With this new approach, our teams became experts not only in the technology, but also in the client's business sector and its processes, which increased our team's effectiveness in improving the client's processes”, says Freitas. This more specialized performance gives the company more agility and assertiveness in the design and implementation of digital processes.

Another factor that boosted the company's financial results was the increase in investments in employee qualifications. Last year, TIVIT reached the mark of 2,043 certifications, a 192% increase, in relation to the previous year. “The continuous effort of employees and financial and quality support in training and development were determining factors in our performance. In order to deliver quality products and services, team training and development are preponderant factors”, says Freitas.

With 7 of the 10 largest companies in the country as clients, TIVIT is one of the rare technology companies founded in Brazil that became multinationals, and, even rarer, reached billions of reais in revenue. With operations in 10 countries in Latin America, TIVIT offers personalized digital solutions, including Digital Transformation projects, Agile Solution Development, Multi-cloud Platform Environment Management (hybrid, private and public) and legacy systems, all supported for a complete suite of Cybersecurity solutions and services.

In constant evolution and transformation, TIVIT is increasingly a company puredigital. And to continue leading the digital transformation of its customers at such a crucial time for the future of organizations, the company also accelerated the launch of new products and solutions, such as Athena, a secure and customizable generative AI that works as a digital facilitator, serving the unique needs of the most varied companies and industries. “The practical cases already implemented in the health, services, workplace safety and customer support sectors are concrete examples of clear benefits achieved for our customers”, he points out.

For 2024, the company intends to increase its penetration in the Private Cloud market and recently launched a new version of its platform with more features, such as a panel capable of managing multiple environments, the concept of data sovereignty, 100% clean energy and experience of true-hybrid cloud. The area of cybersecurity should also continue to grow, following the digital transformation process of companies, which has accelerated with the advent of AI, use of data, modernization of environments and new digital projects. Another focus of the company is the increasingly intense demands for SAP migration to new versions. TIVIT has more than 400 professionals specialized in SAP to support its customers in this migration process.

“We are expanding our ability to combine the entire arsenal of artificial intelligence, data analytics, IoT, cloud, cybersecurity technologies, among others, to solve practical issues in essential areas in which our customers operate, such as transportation, energy, manufacturing, insurance , payments, agribusiness, health and all others”, says Freitas. “We see a very promising scenario ahead and we are confident that we have the best value proposition to continue accelerating our clients’ businesses through technology”, concludes the CEO.
