Vivo will give 10 thousand scholarships to university students from all over Brazil, who are interested in deepening their knowledge in backend development with Python and the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence for software developers. The initiative will be carried out through DIO's Coding The Future program, an education and recruitment platform.
“Initiatives like this reinforce our purpose of Digitizing to Close. We want to promote the inclusion of young people in the technology market, through quality education”, highlights Niva Ribeiro, VP of People at Vivo.
Students will have available the online backend track with Python, which has 67 hours of updated content on the best technology practices for creating optimized and performant APIs. The training also covers connection to relational and non-relational databases (SQL and noSQL), the use of the famous FastAPI framework, the unit testing methodology (TDD) and the help of the LangChain library, which connects Python to AIs that increase the productivity of the solutions. During the journey, participants will develop three backend projects, as a way to validate their learning and create an outstanding portfolio. They will also participate in mentoring sessions with experts to develop their skills and answer possible questions.
University students from any course can apply Register by May 10th fur link. When you complete your registration, you can start the trail online immediately. Participants who complete their studies will receive a certificate, also valid as additional hours for college.
