Innovation of the X Platform, a unit that is one of the strategic pillars of Senior Sistemas, offers a simpler and faster way to ensure that more than one user signs a diverse volume of documents and obligations. Furthermore, with the support of technology it is possible to customize the signature flow and create batch envelopes

We know that electronic signatures are a way of allowing documents to be signed without using a digital certificate. However, now Senior Sistemas, through the X Platform, provides the batch subscription model, with the possibility of parameterization and full integration with the senior X platform.

“With this new electronic signature feature, we can speed up the signature process, insert instructions, include previews and mandatory questions in several documents at the same time, in addition to working with more than one user. At the end of the process, the person receives a copy of everything that was done by email. It is possible not to lock a flow, programming mandatory actions, in addition to inserting different rules for validation without stopping processes” highlights Luiz Antonio, X Platform Development Coordinator at Senior Sistemas.

Kalunga, a Senior Sistemas client, is already using this new service. “We did the process “manually”, we had to send the envelopes individually and due to the number of stores and employees, the process took days to complete. We sent more than 1,500 documents individually. Today we do the process in batches and, in minutes, we are able to complete obligations that took days to complete. An excellent resource and the biggest benefit without a doubt is the optimization of time”, highlights Vinícius Silva, Senior Human Resources Analyst at Kalunga, Senior Sistemas client.

Kalunga is today the largest Brazilian company distributing office supplies, IT and school materials. “We have 5 thousand employees and 230 stores throughout Brazil, says Vinícius.

The electronic signature is used for private Instruments (upon agreement between the Parties); Declarations; Notifications and correspondence in general; Business proposals; Purchase Approvals; etc.
