VTEX, a digital commerce platform for large companies and retailers, is accepting registrations for the Digital Commerce Specialist (DCS), a global development program aimed at recent graduates and final-year higher education students (completion between January 2021 and July 2024). During the DCS program, participants will receive training to develop the most important and demanded knowledge and skills in the digital commerce, with a special focus on Solution Architecture. VTEX is Gartner's highest rated digital commerce platform for the unified commerce, currently, and serves customers in 38 countries.
“At VTEX, our goal is to develop professionals in both areas of knowledge: technical and business with a focus on Digital Commerce. Our conviction is that by embracing this approach, we are investing not only in individuals, but also in capabilities that drive the entire industry forward. And the DCS is the program that trains these talents who will be the future of VTEX”, says Rafaela Rezende, general manager of VTEX in Brazil.
The program seeks professionals with mathematical and analytical skills, as well as people who are passionate about e-commerce and want to become references in this market. Participants must have an entrepreneurial profile, be driven by challenges, aim to improve their technical knowledge and develop the ecosystem of commerce. Proactive and curious people focused on solving problems are the target audience for VTEX.
After registering, participants undergo a selection process with online tests and challenges. If approved, they proceed to interviews with area leaders.
