The executive also thanked the dedication with which Rafa Forte exercised the position of GM over four years, during which the Company reached important milestones. Strong as a co-founder of VTEX will work tactically on global fronts. The Company, which already has customers in 38 countries and disputes the global leadership of digital commerce (IDC data), has been standing out with the unique offer of front end, OMS (Order Management System) and marketplace on one platform composable and complete, which supports B2C, DTC and B2B formats.
“We launched a B2B suite that is gaining traction abroad. It is a rupture with traditional and legacy models. Companies are starting to see VTEX as front end ERP, unifying all B2B and B2C order channels on a single platform for the consumer (customer facing)”, says Rafael Forte about his new responsibility.

“My dream is to serve as an example for more female executives. Show that with dedication, hard work, technical expertise and family support, it is possible to reach the highest position – and be general manager. May I inspire many other women”, concludes Rafaela, still emotional about the recent announcement.
