With a hands-on and asynchronous teaching format, post-tech has six course options and combines the best of what the largest technological education institutions have to offer.

Six months after the announcement of the union between FIAP, University Center focused on technology and top score at MEC, and the alura, one of the main online technology schools in Latin America, the two important tech teaching references in the country present their first launch: PosTech. Initially with six options for specializations, covering the areas of dev, data analytics and cyber security, the graduate course bets on online 100% teaching, lasting 10 months, asynchronous and hands-on teaching - in Portuguese, hand in hand pasta.

Together, Alura and FIAP expand their portfolios and take innovative courses throughout Brazil to boost careers in the hottest areas of the tech area, a great achievement for the education and technology ecosystem. In addition, the organizations aim to offer high quality and relevant courses to qualify the most demanded professionals in this market and to definitely position the country on the world's tech map.

With Alura's expertise, FIAP expands its capacity for growth and opens up new possibilities, which will allow it to offer even more complete and innovative solutions, in addition to new benefits for the student communities of institutions and technology.

“Each Post Tech is a unique specialization, created jointly by professors, market experts and specialists from FIAP and Alura. Therefore, the postgraduate project was designed to combine progression with application, which includes a hands-on, practical 100% methodology based on real projects. Our students, in addition to developing highly specialized skills during the course, will create their own portfolio of solutions. It is a unique, totally new, unprecedented project, where our students will study together with the largest Tech and Dev community in Brazil” explains Andrea Paiva, Head of PosTech.

For Adriano Almeida, COO of Alura, the expansion of the portfolio with FIAP consolidates the Alura ecosystem as a reference player in lifelong learning, accompanying the development of technology professionals throughout their careers. “We are always in constant evolution and bringing a global vision to provide our students with a better professional preparation in line with what is happening in the world. Both in education, in the teaching format and how to engage and teach people, as well as in content, with a focus on employability and technologies.”, points out Almeida.

For the executive, being part of the initiative takes on an even more special flavor, after all, 15 years ago, Adriano graduated as a programmer from FIAP. Afterwards, with the aim of becoming a teacher, he began his studies at Caelum – currently Alura -, where he met the brothers Paulo and Guilherme Silveira, co-founding Alura. “I had many experiences with both institutions, so the feeling of having participated in this partnership from the beginning is indescribable and of now being part of PosTech's launch. It is also incredible to see the synergies between the two institutions and the creation of the largest technology ecosystem in Brazil. ”, says Adriano.

For the nationwide launch, FIAP opens four poles in reference cities in the Brazilian tech ecosystem: Rio de Janeiro, Porto Alegre, Belo Horizonte and Recife. The objective is to have a meeting point in coworking spaces where students can meet to take tests and share moments.
