Partnership between the companies was crucial to solve the issue of the shortage of qualified labor faced by Take Blip and ensure the achievement of excellent results for the reference company in Cognitive Computing and chatbots

Compass, a global company specialized in digital transformation, and Take Blip, a reference company in Cognitive Computing and chatbots that aims to transform the world through messaging, have joined forces to help solve the shortage of qualified professionals in the technology sector.

In 2021, Take Blip identified that the shortage of skilled labor in the global IT market was a potential threat to its business, especially when addressing its growth goal. In this way, the company understood that establishing a key partnership able to train and deploy professionals prepared to work in the creation and management of its chatbots would be an assertive solution.

Compass Academy

Take Blip identified that Compass would be the ideal partner in this mission, since the company that specializes in digital transformation has an important differential: the Compass Academy. With the help of the initiative, the company was able to launch a scholarship program to train professionals specialized in building, managing and evolving chatbots using the Take Blip platform.

The professionals trained by the Compass Academy were soon hired by Compass and started to work on Take Blip projects under the supervision of the Cognitive Computing Innovation Studio team in order to guarantee the quality of deliveries. In addition, a development plan was drawn up for the teams with the scope of continually training and retaining talent so that Take Blip's growth target would not be affected by the lack of manpower again.

agile methodology

“During the process, we used the agile methodology in the execution of the project, which facilitated the constant exchange of knowledge between those involved and ensured that the team of professionals became specialized and certified in the main innovative technologies of Cognitive Computing”, explains Alexis Rockenbach, CEO of Compass.

“For us, it is gratifying to prove that we were right both in the union with Compass and in the establishment of an action that allowed us to solve such a delicate challenge. As a result of the action, there are more than 40 trained professionals and more than 50 clients served by the squads formed by Compass”, concludes Marcela Castro, leader of CSPS OPs at Take.
