Objective is to help retail and e-commerce to anticipate strategies for the date. Last year, the sector's revenue exceeded five billion
Black Friday is one of the most anticipated events of the year for physical retail and e-commerce. In 2021, the sector earned more than R$ 5 billion on that date, with an increase in sales and in the average ticket, according to Neotrust. To make the most of sales and customer loyalty opportunities, it's important for retailers to define their strategies and prepare months in advance.
Thinking of helping them in this preparation, in order to solve the pains and challenges of retailers, especially on Black Friday, when the demand for visits to the sites increases, the FCamara Group, a technology and innovation ecosystem that enhances business transformation, is preparing exclusive and free video content for those who want to have good results with Black Friday. Initially, 6 videos are planned to be published, one per week, with the participation of company executives, such as retail director Gustavo Pisani; Gabi Montini, head of strategy at Grupo FCamara; Matheus Pedralli, CEO of Omnik; Giovanna Zacchi, Head of Vtex Business, among others. In all, 4 episodes are now available (see link below).
“Whoever prepares in advance, will come out ahead and will certainly be better able to explore all the opportunities that Black Friday offers. It is a crucial time to leverage sales, retain and attract new customers, bringing better shopping experiences. Our goal is to help retailers think about their strategies and identify actions needed to get the business ready for the best possible result”, comments Pisani.
