Tech community creates hub for members to experience a company's routine in practice

Space created by the Orange Juice community, in partnership with Grupo FCamara, can also be used as a free coworking space by community members

With more than two thousand members, Orange Juice, a community dedicated to anyone interested in technology, will launch, on July 21, in partnership with Grupo FCamara, a technology and innovation ecosystem that enhances business transformation, Orange Hub, the first hub to operate within a tech company. The space is located at the headquarters of the FCamara Group, in Santos/SP, and can be used free of charge by community members, to see in practice how a technology consultancy works, to network and also as a coworking space, to study or work on site. 

“Orange Hub is a space for community personnel to create real, face-to-face connections at our headquarters, completely free of charge. In addition to the exchange of knowledge and the relationship that the hub will enable, the idea is that community members can see in practice how work routines work, a unique opportunity to gain real experience and improve learning”, explains Joel Backschat, CIO of the FCamara Group. 

To become a member of the Orange Juice community, it is not necessary to have previous experience in the area of technology, as the objective is precisely to enable new professionals to interact with those already established in the market. In other words, the community is aimed at anyone interested in the area, beginners who intend to pursue a career and also veterans who understand the importance of exchanging experiences and sharing knowledge. 

“We want to be closer and closer to the tech community and create new opportunities for learning and networking. We are very proud of the motivational actions that we have carried out during this first year of creating Orange Juice. In addition to the exchange of experiences, we have our podcasts, which already add up to more than 50 episodes, lives and a blog with various content. We are gaining visibility in the market and we already have more than 50 partners, including edtechs, NGOs and clients of the FCamara Group”, celebrates the executive.
