In line with the improvement of corporate governance, Positivo Tecnologia increased its organizational structure and created the vice-presidency of New Business and Strategy. The objective is to generate and capture economic value for the Brazilian technology company through strategic definitions, partnerships and business. The unit follows the current moment of transformation of Positivo Tecnologia, as well as the increasingly strengthened strategy of business diversification.
To assume the leadership of this vice presidency, the Company hired Eduardo Navarro. With more than 20 years of career as a consultant and executive in Corporate Finance, Strategy and Business Development, Navarro has worked primarily in the services, financial institutions, technology, natural resources, manufacturing and retail sectors. He worked in Brazil and the United Kingdom in companies such as KPMG, Lloyds Bank, MoneyGram and AXA. For the past four years, he has co-led McKinsey & Company's South Region office. In addition, he has experience in transformations, strategy, as well as mergers and acquisitions. In the last ten years it has built, transformed and developed three business units into consulting firms.
