With ambitious plans for this year, fintech invests heavily in innovation to increase the number of registered self-employed bankers and expand its presence in the PJ market

Franq Open Banking, a platform that connects independent bankers (known as Personal Bankers) to financial institutions for the distribution of products and services, has just implemented the first phase of Salesforce solutions, the world leader in customer relationship management solutions. Adoption includes using Marketing Cloud and Digital Engagement tools for marketing automation, Sales Cloud to support your banking partners' acquisition and activation processes, and Service Cloud for service and support.

According to Daniel Ferretti, CMO and Head of Growth at the startup, Salesforce comes to support the growth of the company that today operates with more than 4,700 independent bankers across the country, who distribute more than 100 integrated financial products with 45 partners, including banks. traditional and fintechs. “We chose Salesforce because it allows us to achieve an even more aggressive rate of growth. We had the arrival of 2 thousand Personal Bankers in the last five months alone”, informs the executive. He adds: “By enabling better management of the life cycle of self-employed bankers registered at Franq, we can, on a large scale, improve their entire experience, which ranges from onboarding at Franq to the inside sales processes that help these partner professionals to increase their commercial productivity”.

The implementation of the first phase took four months with follow-up and support services from the Salesforce team. “The ability to scale quickly is the enabler of startup business models. Franq is an innovator in the business model and combines Salesforce with its processes to accelerate its exponential growth with a focus on multiple interlocutors at the touchpoints with marketing, sales and service”, comments Daniel Hoe, vice president of marketing at Salesforce for Latin America .
