The management of a company requires highly complex decisions. Dealing with adversities and having to search for alternatives quickly led organizations to start looking at innovation as a competitive advantage and to seek more favorable and receptive internal conditions for those who know the issues to be solved, encouraging them to look for simple and efficient alternatives. creative way. This model of continuous creation became known as Design Thinking and has been helping to solve problems in companies of all sizes and sectors.

The methodology basically offers human capital and stakeholders the possibility of being the central actors in revolutionary and innovative changes by acting directly in the organizations' management strategy. Through joint action between professionals from different areas and varied expertise, the company now relies on the generation of high quality ideas in an attempt to solve great challenges. In addition, the interaction between the working groups offers and encourages an increasingly rich collective knowledge and the sense of collaborative business culture that every corporation desires.

Tim Brown called Design Thinking this thinking process based on prototypes that addresses problems, analyzes and proposes solutions, balancing analytical and intuitive reasoning, in the phases of immersion, ideation and prototyping. Simple to be applied from the point of view of necessary resources, it has the biggest challenge in changing the mental model because it involves questioning beliefs, concepts and living with the uncertainties of continuous action to build, test, err and correct quickly. Applying Design Thinking is no longer a restricted specialty and is gradually being incorporated into the practices of professionals in the various areas of the organization.

The creation of clear spaces and opportunities for employees to apply the projects, are some of the efficient measures to ensure that ideas are explored and tested. It is necessary to implement stimuli gradually and encourage a collaborative culture, in which the central objective is to solve problems and develop solutions that bring the best results. Design Thinking is becoming a great wave of integration of talents, with an applied multidisciplinary approach, which brings together those who live and understand the problem, those who need to solve it with the greatest stakeholder - the customer.
