Hiring Coders Initiative Participants Have Expanded Access to AWS Certified Training Module

The Hiring Coders developer training program, promoted by VTEX in conjunction with the Gama Academy, has expanded free access to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) training module, the world's most widely adopted and comprehensive cloud offering. In this year's edition of the course, the learning environment will be accessible to up to 6,000 students, who will receive certificates issued by AWS.

“The expansion of access to the training module represents not only the advancement of the partnership between VTEX and AWS Training and Certification, but also the strengthening of the global e-commerce ecosystem, as participants finish the course able to develop within the main platform of the world's cloud,” says Laísa Iasbech, Head of Programs in VTEX.

The second edition of Hiring Coders has 10 thousand participants, who go through challenges and selections during different phases until reaching 300 candidates in the final challenge. By the end of the program, the goal is to train 3,000 people in AWS and VTEX IO, VTEX's development platform. The initiative is aimed at anyone who wants to enter a development career and does not require any prerequisites.
