Liga Ventures – an accelerator specialized in generating business between startups and large corporations – has just opened registration for the 1st acceleration cycle of AutoTech League (http://liga.ventures/autotech/), an innovation program that will prospect, select and accelerate startups together with large companies in the mobility, transport, logistics and automobile industry sectors. Today, the companies Mercedes-Benz, Eaton, Sascar, Ticket Log and Repom are already part of the project. Applications must be submitted by March 26, 2017.
According to Rogério Tamassia, director of Liga Ventures and one of the creators of the program, the platform's objective is to connect large companies in the sector to innovative startups so that they can explore business opportunities together. “For participating startups it is a great opportunity to go through a unique experience, learning to do business with companies that are references in this market”, explains Tamassia.
AutoTech League Acceleration Program
After registration, up to 8 startups will be selected for this cycle, in topics such as fleet management and services, big data and analytics, telemetry, tracking and mobile payments.
For four months, the winning startups will undergo an acceleration program, in which they will be able to explore business opportunities with the large participating companies, mentoring with industry executives and with the Liga Ventures mentor network, in addition to extensive networking with potential partners. and investors. No equity or intellectual property consideration is required from accelerated startups.
In addition to the acceleration program, the platform will promote events on innovation in the sector, relationships with Brazilian and international startups and the creation of a structured process to generate intelligence about the segment.
