Felipe Clemente, new CEO of Pixeon
Pixeon, a Brazilian company consolidated in the technology market for its broad portfolio of software solutions for the healthcare area and leader in the healthtech in Brazil, announces the executive Felipe Clemente as the company's new CEO. The change aims to continue the expansion and ensure that growth is consistent in all aspects of the company: in innovation, in the team and in the relationship with health institutions, helping the sector's efficiency.
The executive, with more than 20 years of experience in the market, has worked in internationally renowned companies, such as Sodexo, GE and Johnson & Johnson. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, with a specialization from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and an MBA from Duke University (USA), Duke University's business school in Durham, North Carolina.
Pixeon is focused on improving healthcare efficiency, creating process innovation and using technologies such as artificial intelligence. The company is also focused on solving industry challenges such as compatibility between systems (called interoperability). The technologies created by healthtech are focused on improving the internal efficiency of health institutions, and transforming the patient's journey within clinics, laboratories and hospitals in the best possible way, avoiding errors, misinterpretation of data and optimizing all stages of their care and clinical attention.
“I believe that the future of healthcare is built on technological and dynamic solutions, and on processes that involve all the strengths of a company. I have a process and team-oriented training, which facilitates the execution of new developments with a minimum level of rework. My goal, in addition to leading Pixeon during this expansion process, is to focus on jobs that cultivate customer relationships, an essential part of our business model”, explains Felipe Clemente, the new CEO.
Roberto Ribeiro da Cruz, chairman of the board of directors of the company and one of the founders, also comments on the arrival of the new CEO: “I am very happy with the arrival of Felipe and my goal is to help him guide Pixeon on the path to becoming a healthtech leader and reference, both in Brazil and in Latin America”, comments the co-founder.
“I am very excited for this new stage and I guarantee that the dedication will be high to keep the processes and teams focused on innovation for life and, of course, on the growth and development of Pixeon”, concludes the new CEO.
