Project allowed the TJSP to reduce the time spent with all the necessary steps between filling and submitting forms to the Internal Affairs of the Court
Brasoftware, one of the main technology providers in the Brazilian market, contributed to the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo, considered the largest Court in the world in terms of volume of cases, to reduce the time of employees working in the management of notary offices, especially filling in MovJud forms, allowing the servers to prioritize efforts to the activities of the registry office.
In order to simplify, optimize and ensure even more transparency in the management of forms, in addition to updating the MovJud system (Judicial Movement Control System), the Court sought with Brasoftware a solution to redesign the entire process of approval, management and control of institution forms.
To meet this need, Brasoftware implemented technologies such as: SharePoint Online, a collaboration platform between application groups on Microsoft's multifaceted web, in addition to Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI (Business Intelligence), an intelligent tool, used to modernize management and strategic planning processes.
Customized solution in the online environment optimizes notary processes
This tailored solution made it possible to migrate, update and implement the new TJSP MovJud system with the ease of extracting data and crossing information from different bases. With that, it became possible to generate productivity indicators, with standardized criteria having more than one data source.
Among the main benefits of this implementation is the automatic extraction of much of the data, reducing manual processes in filling out forms. Through the graphics provided by the Power BI application, it is now possible for TJSP employees to control even more efficiently the notary's productivity, as well as identify points that deserve attention and obtain comparative data between units of the same competence.
The TJSP reached a new standard of excellence and quality of the information captured. “A challenging project like this was successful thanks to the synergy we found in the partnership with Brasoftware and the support of the President of the Court, who believed in the solutions offered from the first moment. These factors were fundamental for us to be able to modernize the processes, ”said Wagner Dias Gomes, Director of Administrative Systems at the São Paulo Court of Justice.
According to the report of the National Council of Justice, the number of lawsuits filed against the TJSP corresponds to 24.7% of the total number of lawsuits in progress throughout the country. And, as it is the court with the largest workforce: 2.4 thousand magistrates and approximately 39 thousand civil servants, in 320 counties of the State, a technological solution like the one implemented by Brasoftware optimized the processes in a challenging moment for the judiciary.

Wagner Dias Gomes also mentions other gains with the implementation of the project in the TJSP: “In addition to all the benefits already pointed out with the adoption of the new solution, there was also a significant reduction in operating times, given that the information collection system, developed in PowerApps (Microsoft Office 365), and the Business Intelligence system are now decoupled ”.
