During the three-month duration of the fast learning, professionals are hired and receive training, already working in the company's day-to-day activities, with wages commensurate with the vacancy from day one
TOTVS, the largest technology company in Brazil, opens enrollment for the third edition of Speed To Hero, a fast learning program for technology professionals focused on accelerating knowledge and careers, this time aimed especially at people with disabilities. The new edition of the program has vacancies for PCDs in the cities of São Paulo, Belo Horizonte and Joinville. Registration is free and open until April 14.
The opportunities are for the areas of Software Development, Support and Customer Service, TOTVS Labs and Cloud. For vacancies, candidates need to have basic knowledge in programming logic, self-management and time management skills, ability to handle hardware and software tools, as well as professional experience in related areas.
“Here at TOTVS, we aim to expand the culture of respect and inclusion of underrepresented groups in society. As Speed To Hero is our acceleration program in training and hiring talent to join the team, we decided to create an edition especially focused on people with disabilities. Our schedule of actions allows the new TOTVER to have full technical and cultural training in three months to continue working in the company in an integral and independent way. We believe that this form of hiring allows us to open up more opportunities over time, offering a solid structure for the career development of these new talents”, explains Izabel Branco, Vice President of Human Relations at TOTVS.
The recruited professionals will undergo a three-month training, being accompanied by a sponsor from the company, who will provide the necessary support for their development. During the first month, they will be immersed in theoretical content about technology; in the second month, candidates start to have a hybrid workload, divided between training and supervised practice, working on real projects in the areas with support and supervision; and, in the third month, they receive certification and are effectively integrated into the team.
In the case of this edition focused on people with disabilities, there is also an important stage of raising awareness among managers and sponsors, as well as adapting content and infrastructure, according to the needs of professionals. “The program is extremely beneficial for both sides: candidates receive professional training, gain practical experience and remuneration in line with the market, and we attract and integrate new talents into the team, already within our work routine and TOTVS culture. ”, concludes Izabel.
