ABES received, for the second consecutive year, an honor from Business-School Integration Center (CIEE), at the “Jovem Brasil 2024 Employability” event, held on May 28, 2024. The recognition is due to the positive impact of HR Tech Platform in the job market, by encouraging the development of talent, promoting updates on employability in technology and encouraging strategic discussions on career management, talent retention, team development, inclusion and diversity, hybrid work models, among other topics.

Jamile Sabatini Marques, Director of Innovation and Promotion at ABES, expressed gratitude for the recognition and emphasized the platform's mission to connect and encourage talent for the technology market. “It is an honor to see our work recognized again. This reaffirms our commitment to fostering a more inclusive and diverse work ecosystem”, highlighted Jamile.

The ceremony was attended by other RH Tech partners, such as Luiz Eduardo Drouet, president of the Brazilian Association of Human Resources of São Paulo (ABRH-SP), and Luciano Máximo, representative of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and co-leader of the Committee Future of Work at ABES. Both were also honored.
