“The Covid-19 pandemic accelerated these disruptions worldwide in 2020. The short-term transformations and those that are yet to come vary in each professional category, raising doubts and the need to review mentalities and practices, which is why the chat will be so important: to discuss how it is possible to improve performance in the future of work, a future that is already very present ”, explains the coordinator of the committees.

“This initiative by ABES aims to promote a dialogue with the technology sector, public policy makers, professionals in the area of education and human resources. It is essential to promote collaboration between various sectors in order to create actions together that meet the growing demand for technology professionals ”, adds Barroso.

The event is part of the agenda of the Future Labor Committee, created with the purpose of contributing to the construction of a more digital and less unequal Brazil, in addition to conducting activities that meet the growing demand for technology.
