Always in pursuit of the corporate objective of “Realizing the Promise of Technology”, Ingram Micro Brasil, a subsidiary of the global distributor of technology solutions and services, announces the creation and start-up of operations of a structure focused entirely on the professional screen market, audio lines and LED panels. Baptized Ingram Micro Pro-AV (Professional Audio and Video), the new structure is part of the Commercial, Consumer and Mobility division, an area that has Ricardo Rodrigues as director of products, and has a team of professionals exclusively for the development of the business and support for resellers and integrators with a mix of products and services, incorporating all the support to the commercial teams of the business verticals and ensuring a 360º view of the ecosystem.

Ingram Micro Pro-AV starts operations offering professional monitors stand alone, video wall and interactive products from manufacturers Samsung and LG, and soon will have news related to professional audio and LED. According to Rodrigues, director of products for the Commercial, Consumer and Mobility area at Ingram Micro Brasil, the new structure is yet another alternative to meet the growing demands of resellers and reflects the company's commitment to always expanding its business to relevant markets.

“With the resumption of the events sector and, mainly, the new hybrid model of meetings, we realized the need to expand the offer of solutions that enable higher quality transmissions. Our biggest challenge is always to add value to Ingram Micro's partners, and our main goal right now is to start in a well-structured way, with a large portfolio of products and dedicated service to customers who do not work in the IT market”. 

The implementation of the Ingram Micro Pro-AV unit has as short and medium term objectives the development of the Digital Signage segment within Ingram Micro's business and the incorporation of professional audio partners, installed audio and LED panel. “As Ingram Micro includes new product lines from a given manufacturer, it inevitably strengthens its relationship with it in search of new markets and leverages cross business”, says Rodrigues.  

The base of Ingram Micro Pro-AV will be based at Ingram Micro Brasil in Barueri (SP). The structure will be led by the unit manager Alexandra Beraldo and will have the product manager Rodrigo Honorato at the head of this new initiative.
