  • They are the “Reinventors”, who embrace what we call “Total Enterprise Reinvention”, a deliberate strategy that aims to establish a new frontier of performance.
  • A strategy centered around a strong digital core that helps drive growth and streamline operations.
  • Reinventors report outperforming their peers in incremental revenue growth and improved cost reduction—and long-term sustainable value creation. 

the new imperative

The pandemic and the unprecedented challenges of the past three years have put CEOs and their management teams to the test. After the pandemic, most managers in large companies are seizing the opportunity to transform more and faster than ever before—what we call “compressed transformation”—and confirming that all strategies imply more technology. We call these companies “Transformers”.

Some organizations are quietly and systematically changing the game in their industries, driving a new imperative. These are the Reinventors, who use their experience as Changemakers to embrace Total Enterprise Reinvention.

Our research shows that only 8% of companies move to adopt a Total Enterprise Reinvention strategy. Most—86%—are Transformers. These focus on transforming part of their business rather than all of it and tend to treat transformation as a finite program, not an ongoing process. Many, however, are beginning to recognize the importance of a new performance frontier—about half of Transformers (43%).

Motivation III – The Brasil Digital Institute holds its 20th edition of now Brazil Digital Ozires Silva Award, 2022/2023, which will take place in April 22, 2024.

Award happens since 2002 and aims to recognize the best practices in Learning, Performance and Digital Transformation, with the Purpose:

“Promote the development of projects for Innovation and Digital Transformation of Processes and Business Models, aiming to consolidate the Fundamentals that enable Brazil to exercise the Protagonism in Global Digital Transformation aligned with ESG, and operationalize the E-Digital – Brazilian Strategy for Digital Transformation, with particular attention to the impact on People and Society, in a sustainable and inclusive way.”

THE edition special of 20 years will have how patroness the executive director at Bradesco, Glaucimar Peticov.
