Free course for associates encourages the implementation of integrity policies and compliance with current legislation
ABES – Brazilian Association of Software Companies promotes the 5th edition of the Online Training on Compliance of the An Ethical Company Program, which will be conducted by Carolina Marzano, the association's compliance officer. The course, scheduled for June 1st, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, is exclusively aimed at employees and executives of member companies. All participants receive a certificate, issued by the entity, valid for 12 months. Places are limited and applications must be made. on here.
“Ethics have become an essential value in modern societies. It is the foundation on which all types of relationships, whether personal or corporate, are based. A company that does not have a culture of ethics and integrity incorporated into its routine loses credibility in the market, impacting directly on its image and, consequently, on revenue generation”, emphasizes Marzano.
The An Ethical Company Program encourages and offers its members free of charge the means to implement the three essential pillars of an integrity program: the development and implementation of a code of ethics; compliance training for employees; and the adoption of an independent whistleblower channel. The associated company can obtain the ABES Certificate An Ethical Company, which is awarded to companies that officially join the program and promote all three pillars mentioned.
