THE alura, the largest technology education ecosystem, has just announced its new ambassador: Alexandre Borba Chiqueta, better known as Gauls, the largest game streamer in the country. This partnership reinforces the transformative power of technology, evidenced by the inspiring journey of the content creator, who left the world of e-sports to venture into the technological universe, redefining his professional career.

A former professional Counter-Strike player, YouTuber and philanthropist, Gaules has established himself as one of the leading figures in esports. He currently holds the record for the Americas on Twitch, attracting over 700,000 people simultaneously to his broadcasts and accumulating over 4 million subscribers on the platform. For the past four years, his channel has been the most watched in the world, in addition to holding the lead for five consecutive years in Brazil. In 2024, he was also recognized by Bloomberg Línea as one of the 500 most influential people in Latin America.

Until the end of 2024, Gaules will be the face of all Alura campaigns, with special emphasis on Black Friday, the promotion of the brand's upcoming free courses and the “Backpacker's Guide” campaign, which aims to offer in-depth content through a complete manual focused on exploring the main areas of technology. All advertisements featuring the streamer will highlight how technology has transformed his career and how it can positively impact the lives of others.

Additionally, in the coming months, the influencer will join forces with FIAP and Alura to offer undergraduate scholarships through a special project, more details of which will be revealed soon.
