ABES, in partnership with BNDES, will hold a live, on October 24, to present the bidding notice focused on solutions for the analysis of Socio-Environmental and Climate Risks (SAC Risk) in projects financed by the bank. This notice, which follows the guidelines of the Legal Framework for Startups, represents the first BNDES call for proposals in this modality, prepared by the Technology, Risk Management and Legal areas.
BNDES wants to encourage the market to propose creative solutions, stimulating the national innovation ecosystem. Since 1999, the bank has adopted socio-environmental analyses for its credit operations, and the inclusion of climate aspects in 2024 reinforces this evolution. Technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data promise to make analyses more agile and accurate. The bank aims to advance institutionally by allowing companies, including startups, to offer solutions with cutting-edge technologies, as data search methods and AI have great potential to speed up processes and improve analyses.
